Ryan͏ Davis made our purchase of a newly built house easier I was a first time buyer, buying a new build, and had zero idea of what I was doing or what to expect. Ryan met with us on multiple occasions to ensure that we were being treated right by the builder and ensuring that we were understanding of the process of which we were about to take part in. He was detailed and clearly laid out the items of which we needed to handle, and the discussion that we needed to have with the builder, the lender, and the title company. He protected us from being mistreated and taken advantage of. He stood up to the builder for us when they were taking short cuts and worked with the lenders to make sure that we got what we were promised for our rate. He was a huge part of this purchase that I would not have been able to get through without. We highly recommend Ryan Davis for all of your home purchasing needs!
