Highly Recommend Ryan Davis. Ryan was fantastic to work with. We met him at an open house (he was the listing agent), hit it off and decided to use him as our agent going forward. He’s a local to the Parker / Castle Rock area for several years and is highly knowledgeable of the various communities and ongoing development. That is the main reason we decided to work with him as we did not know much coming from the Denver area. He was flexible in getting showings scheduled and had substitutes for when he was out of office and we wanted to see a place on short notice.
Overall, a great agent and we will definitely use him again if we look for another place in the Parker / Castle Rock area.
